Sorry but I can't say one way or the other. 1. I was just passing through and it was our first visit. 2. Because as a true Cajun, I will try to eat anything at least once before it eats me. Thus couldn't care about gluten, sugars, calories, carbohydrates, etc. 3. As a Christian I pray for God to bless the meals I eat and give thanks for them. So I have little concern about what foods I eat.
